Three Dynasties Bridge

The "Three Dynasties Bridge" is located on the Chong'an River in Huangping County, Guizhou Province. The first is an iron-chain bridge from the Qing Dynasty; the second is a steel truss bridge designed by China's renowned bridge expert Mao Yisheng during the War of Resistance against Japan; the third is a reinforced concrete arch bridge built in the 1990s. Because three bridges constructed in different historical periods are preserved within a stretch of river less than 100 meters wide, the local government has turned the "Three Dynasties Bridge" into a tourist attraction.
