Time-Honored Guizhou is a leisure tourism-themed commercial district in the western part of Guiyang and one of Guizhou’s 100 distinctive tourist attractions. Located between Baihua Lake and Hongfeng Lake in Guiyang, it is a leisure tourism-themed commercial area integrating travel, vacation, relaxation, accommodation, and entertainment.

The town of Time-Honored Guizhou is located in Qingzhen City, which during the Ming Dynasty was abbreviated from “Weiqing Wei” and “Zhenxi Wei,” the names of two military garrisons. These two names precisely represent typical settlements of Guizhou’s distinctive Tuntian (military agricultural colony) culture. This cultural heritage infuses the town with soul and charm. Time-Honored Guizhou takes the Tuntian culture of the Ming Dynasty’s “northern troops transferred to conquer the south” as a key narrative element, and uses the cosmopolitan old Guiyang of the Republican era as its backdrop, telling the story of Guizhou’s cultural prosperity over the past 600 years—this is the cultural essence of the town.
