These activities combine local agricultural specialties and cultural arts from each township, including a Changhua County agricultural specialty market, street performances, and art and music exhibitions. Convenient shuttle buses between various flower viewing spots during the event period attract visitors from across the nation to Changhua for sightseeing, allowing them to appreciate the beauty of flowers in the springtime.

The nine major tung blossom viewing spots in Changhua each offer distinct experiences. These include the Eastern Outer Ring of Changhua City, Sun Moon Mountain Scenic Leisure Farm, Futian Community Tung Blossom Eco-Park, Dashan Ranch in Huatan Township, Bagua Mountain Natural Ecological Environment Education Center in Fenyuan Township, Dexing Community Tung Blossom Area, Xitou Community Ancient Water-Carrying Trail, Tengshan Garden Trail in Yuanlin Township, and Yidongliao Hakka Village.
