Sisheng Palace in Yicheng is a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

A sixth batch National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit. Located in Caogong Village, Xiyuan Town, about 50 kilometers southeast of Yicheng County. Built during the Yuan Dynasty, it is named after enshrining the “Four Sages”: Yao, Shun, Yu, and Tang.

The architecture of Sisheng Palace is relatively well-preserved. Along its central axis from south to north are the Dance Tower, Offering Hall (now destroyed), and Main Hall, with corridors and viewing towers on the east and west sides. Both the Main Hall and the Dance Tower are Yuan Dynasty structures. The Dance Tower was built during the Zhiyuan era of the Yuan Dynasty, featuring a nearly square floor plan, a single-eave hip-and-gable roof, and an ancient and solemn design, making it an outstanding example of Yuan Dynasty theater architecture.

To the east of Sisheng Palace lies the Guan Yu Temple, which includes a theater stage (now destroyed), the Main Hall, and east and west viewing towers, forming a self-contained set of Qing Dynasty buildings.
