Tianyi Valley Scenic Area

Tianyi Valley Scenic Area is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Tianyi Valley Scenic Area is located at the southern foot of Gaodeng Mountain, the main peak of Huaying Mountain, in Ganba Township, Linshui County, Guang'an City, Sichuan Province. Originally named Huaying Mountain Grand Canyon, the scenic area covers a total area of approximately 20 square kilometers, with an elevation ranging between 400 to 1,100 meters. The relative height difference is about 700 meters, resulting in mild winters and cool summers, offering a spring-like climate year-round. Tianyi Valley Scenic Area is closely situated next to the Huaying Mountain Scenic Area. The two areas are only 18 kilometers apart and accessible by car. From Linshui County to the scenic area is 20 kilometers, with all large vehicles able to travel there smoothly. Travelers from Chongqing can exit the highway at Tantong, then make a left turn after the First Bridge; the distance from the highway exit to the scenic area is 18 kilometers. According to Announcement No. 2 of 2014 by the Sichuan Tourism Standard Evaluation Committee, Huaying Mountain Tianyi Valley Scenic Area was officially approved as a national AAAA-level tourist attraction on August 13.

By Car (Self-drive)

1. Chengdu – Chengnan (Chengdu–Nanchong) Expressway 288 km – Guang’an-Linshui Expressway 20 km – Tianchi Toll Station (exit) – turn left onto the scenic area tourism road 16 km – Huaying Mountain Scenic Area.

2. Chongqing – Yulin Expressway to Guang’an-Linshui Expressway, exit at 83 km – Tianchi Toll Station (exit) – turn left onto the scenic area tourism road 16 km – Huaying Mountain Scenic Area.

By Bus

First take a bus from Qianfeng Bus Station (on the side opposite the river from Guang’an Railway Station) to Linshui County, then transfer to another bus heading to Tianyi Valley (Ganba Township) at Linshui Bus Station.
