Miao's Manor is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Miao's Manor is located in Linshui County, Guang'an City, with convenient transportation. It lies between the Dazhou-Chongqing Expressway and the Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway, with National Highway 210 and the Dazhou-Chongqing Expressway running north-south, and Provincial Highway 304 and the Linshui-Dianjiang Expressway crossing east-west, allowing one-hour access between Sichuan and Chongqing.

Sichuan Miao's Modern Agriculture Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2013 with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. The total planned investment is 500 million yuan, with 270 million yuan invested in the first phase. The manor covers an area of over 3,000 mu, with a total planned area of 10,000 mu. By 2022, the company aims to have fresh table grapes available year-round.

Guided by the principles of green, ecological, environmental, and public-benefit development, the company focuses on grape cultivation, livestock breeding, and grape deep processing as its core operations. Supported by technological innovation and driven by market-oriented approaches and new retail strategies, it integrates planting-breeding cycles, scientific research and education, sightseeing tourism, and deep processing into a comprehensive agricultural park that deeply connects the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries.

Currently, the company has established grape planting bases in Sichuan, Yunnan, and Gansu, with its headquarters located at the Linshui base in Guang'an, Sichuan. The site spans over 3,000 mu, employs more than 200 people, including 20 with bachelor’s degrees or higher, and 10 dedicated to innovation, product R&D, and new project development.

Backed by technical expertise from the Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the Sichuan Academy of Natural Resources Sciences, Southwest University, and Japanese experts in sunshine muscat grape cultivation, the company has established a Grape Industry Technology Research Institute. The institute is engaged in the development and standardization of seedling research and cultivation, water-fertilizer nutrition standards, planting process standards, and product quality standards. It currently operates one national-level Star Creation Space platform, holds two invention patents, and has obtained green food certifications for two products (sunshine muscat grapes and pork), 19 non-polluting food certifications, and 19 agricultural product trademarks. The company has been honored with titles such as “National Women’s Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Base,” “National Star Creation Space,” “National Rural Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park,” “National Rural Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation and Training Base,” “Provincial Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization,” “Sichuan Star Agricultural Industrialization Leading Enterprise for Poverty Alleviation,” and “National AAA-Level Tourist Attraction.” It is the only agricultural enterprise in the province to receive a full “green food” certification for whole pigs. The company's main products include fresh table grapes, raisins, wine, and fresh and frozen poultry meat, which are sold in both domestic and international markets such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Chongqing, Chengdu, and Singapore, earning high praise from consumers.
