XIAKE TAoyuan Zhuang Village Tourism Resort

The XIAKE TAoyuan Zhuang Village Tourism Resort is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

The “Xiake Taoyuan” Zhuang Village Tourism Resort and Xiajin Ecological Comprehensive Demonstration Village project is located in Xiajin Village, Chengtai Township of the county. The first phase of the project covers an area of 2,000 mu, with a total investment of 35 million yuan. The project is being carried out under a build-and-operate model, and it is expected to welcome visitors from all over with a brand-new look by this year’s National Day. Once completed by the end of this year, the project is projected to receive over 200,000 visitors annually, generating an annual revenue of more than 20 million yuan, and providing over 100 local job opportunities. The Xiaolin Tourism Reception Center is situated opposite the barracks of the Armed Police Squadron. Its construction is scheduled from April to October of this year, with a planned total investment of 8 million yuan. The reception center will take rural tourism as its foundation, incorporate elements of the Zhuang ethnic culture, and draw on the history of this place—renowned over the past several decades as a popular dating spot where local youths expressed their feelings on the evening of the Mid-Autumn Festival—as inspiration to create a tourism hub integrating dining, accommodation, and outdoor leisure, themed around “retrieving childhood memories” and “nostalgia.”
