Changlong Village

Changlong Village is located at the foot of the famous Wenbi Mountain and beside Wenshan Road, neighboring Liugong. The village comprises 11 villager groups with a population of over 2,100. It mainly focuses on cultivating mushrooms and vegetables, accounting for about 50% of Liuzhou’s total mushroom production. The area is also abundant in fruits such as grapes, hawthorn, and figs, with cultivation covering an area of over 600 mu. The village has nearly 600 mu of fish ponds and reservoirs, including the Lada Reservoir, which spans over 300 mu with a water storage capacity of about 3 million cubic meters, making it a popular spot for fishing among locals. The forested area within the village covers more than 7,000 mu, remaining lush year-round, with abundant primeval forests and native plants. In 2008, Changlong Village was honored as one of Liuzhou’s “Top Ten Most Beautiful Villages” in the third edition of the award.
