Jiu Xuan Ancestral Hall is located in the middle section of Liantang'an Road, Lianfeng Neighborhood Committee, Tuolian Subdistrict, Jinping District, Shantou City, Guangdong Province. It was first built during the Ming Dynasty. The hall faces west and has a total width of 10.6 meters and a depth of 17 meters, covering an area of approximately 250 square meters, with a built-up area of 180.2 square meters. It follows a "descending tiger" layout with two courtyards, one central courtyard, and two connecting corridors, and is built with a brick-and-wood structure. The exterior features a flush gable roof, glazed tubular tiles, unglazed tile ends, and painted roof ridges. Above the central gate is a stone plaque inscribed with the characters “Jiu Xuan Ancestral Hall” in relief. The walls on both sides of the main entrance are decorated with granite stone carvings and painted designs. Inside, the structure uses a two-rafter, three-papaya beam-lifting system, incorporating both square and spindle-shaped stone pillars. A wooden plaque inscribed with “You Qi Tang” (meaning "Blessing and Enlightenment Hall") hangs in the center of the main hall. This ancestral hall is a classic example of classical architecture in the Chaoshan region and is one of the better-preserved ancestral hall buildings in Liantang. It holds certain value for the study of Chaoshan ancient architecture and folk culture.
