Zezhou Garden

Zezhou Garden is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Zezhou Garden, located on Xishan Mountain in Pingquan County, Chengde City, Hebei Province, covers an area of 330 acres and officially opened to the public in August 2010.

It is a "city green heart" project that combines cultural characteristics with architectural functionality. It is a national AAA-level scenic spot and was rated as a provincial five-star park by Hebei Province in 2011.

Built around Xishan Mountain, Zezhou Garden features 17 scenic spots including the Mountain Gate Square, Statue of Yelü Abaoji, Jiuri Pavilion, Jade Bead Canopy, Moon Invitation, Pear Blossom Spring Rain, Martyrs' Cemetery, Su Song Stele Forest, Boardwalk, Liao Pagoda, Colorful Shade, Refreshing Breeze, Cloud Shadow and Sky Light, True Water Without Scent, and Butterfly Shadows. These elements harmoniously blend profound historical culture with natural landscapes.

The most famous structure in the scenic area is Jiuri Pavilion. It is a comprehensive exhibition hall that serves as both a Khitan culture museum and a Chinese mushroom culture expo center.
