The Baoshan Leisure Manor scenic area is located in Jianbao Mountain Village, Tashan Township, Kuancheng County, a national-level civilized ecological village, a hygiene village of Hebei Province, and an award-winning beautiful village of Hebei Province. It is operated and managed by Kuancheng Jianbao Mountain Agricultural Ecotourism Co., Ltd. Covering an area of 1,300 mu, the scenic area opened in 2011 and is a leisure manor that integrates dining, accommodation, swimming, fishing, relaxation, and entertainment.

The scenic area features seven major functional zones. The first is a large-scale farmhouse-style dining zone, with a two-story restaurant built using northeastern pine and other wooden materials. It includes 13 private rooms and 50 individual tables, serving authentic, original ecological specialty cuisine. The second is a large swimming pool zone, featuring both an adult and a children’s pool, each covering 1,000 square meters and capable of accommodating 200 swimmers at the same time, with complete sanitation, safety, and recreational facilities. The third is a children’s amusement zone, equipped with a variety of healthy and safe play facilities such as a large carousel, Shark Battle Island, and Huaguoshan drifting. The fourth is a fishing paradise, with large fishing ponds stocked with reservoir fish, supplying food for the dining area while also allowing visitors to enjoy the fun of fishing. The fifth is a themed-room hotel, offering a range of large, medium, and small themed guest rooms with different color schemes, ensuring visitors can experience a unique atmosphere each time they stay. The rooms are fully equipped, clean, and elegantly furnished. The sixth is a Chinese-style performance seafood and beer garden, featuring a 600-square-meter beer garden that offers whole roasted lamb, a variety of seafood barbecues, and specialty snacks, along with lively performances that bring endless enjoyment to guests. The seventh is a water park, where visitors can go boating and enjoy water games to beat the summer heat.

The scenic area has well-developed infrastructure, including a tourist service center, walking trails, viewing platforms, and public toilets. With a planned total investment of 60 million yuan, 28 million yuan has been invested so far, providing a certain level of reception capacity and attracting 150,000 visitors annually. In November 2014, it was rated as a National AAA-level tourist attraction.
