Shenlong Pool is one of the famous scenic spots in the Saihanba Grassland and Forest Scenic Area and served as one of the filming locations for the hit movie "Orphan of Zhao." About five kilometers southeast from the source of the Luan River, you’ll enter Shenlong Pool, embraced by forests.

This is a pool of crystal-clear water, surrounded by mountains and lush vegetation. Dense pine and fir trees, together with verdant grasslands, embrace the azure water, adding a wild charm to Shenlong Pool. Standing by the crystal-clear lake, strolling along the northern shore connected by boardwalks, and gazing at the sea of forests on the mountains and the wetlands by the lake, you’ll see the woods, mountains, and water reflecting each other in a picturesque scene. It feels like being in a hidden paradise, offering a sense of transcendence.
