Baihekou Site
The Baihekou Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Hebei Province.
The Baihekou Site is an ancient site dating from the Neolithic Age to the Han Dynasty. It is located in Shangbancheng Village, Shangbancheng Town, Chengde County, Chengde City. The Baihekou Site is among the fifth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units in Hebei Province.
Shangbancheng Village: Shangbancheng Village is situated in the eastern part of Bancheng Town, Kuancheng Manchu Autonomous County. To the east it borders Tunuzi Village, to the west it neighbors Beigou Village, and to the southwest it adjoins Xigou Village. The main highway running through the area is the Antang Highway. The village covers a total area of 18,450 mu, has 13 villager groups, 541 households, and a total population of 1,762. The current arable land area is 2,091 mu, and forested land covers 1,300 mu.
