The Site of Xiaobazi Barrier City is an ancient relic from the Western Han Dynasty, located in Xiaobazi Township, Fengning Manchu Autonomous County, Chengde City. The Site of Xiaobazi Barrier City is listed as part of the fifth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units in Hebei Province.

Xiaobazi Township: A township under the jurisdiction of Fengning Manchu Autonomous County. Established in 1956 as Xiaobazi Township, it was placed under Shangyou Commune in 1958, became Xiaobazi Commune in 1959, and was re-established as a township in 1984. Located in the central part of the county, at the eastern foot of Yiken Dam, it covers an area of 303.4 square kilometers with a population of 5,000. It has road access and administers six village committees: Xiaobazi, Lujiaogou, Dayingzi, Haizigoumen, Fuerying, Shatuozi, and Caoniangou.
