The Beiliang Site of Xinyingzi Village is a cultural heritage protection unit of Hebei Province.

The Beiliang Site of Xinyingzi Village is a Neolithic ancient site located in Zhangjiawan Township, Weichang Manchu and Mongol Autonomous County, Chengde City. It is listed as part of the fifth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units in Hebei Province.

Zhangjiawan Township: Located 75 kilometers from the county seat, Zhangjiawan Township borders Damiao Town of Chifeng City to the east, Sanyiyong Township to the north, Xinbo Township to the west, and Guojiaowan Township to the south. The total area of the township is 126.68 square kilometers. It has 32,000 mu of arable land and 96,306 mu of forested area. The township administers four administrative villages—Baoyuanchang, Bantutu, Zhangjiawan, and Batougou—and one agriculture and forestry farm. There are 41 resident groups, 1,342 households, and a total population of 5,269. The township Party committee oversees five Party branches with a total of 247 Party members.
