The Chengde Soviet Red Army Martyrs' Monument is a Hebei Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Unit and a classic red tourism destination.

The Chengde Soviet Red Army Martyrs' Monument, dating back to 1945, is located in Niujiaziugou, downtown Chengde. On October 20, 2008, it was designated as part of the fifth batch of Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Units by the People's Government of Hebei Province.

Niujiaziugou Town: Located in the suburban area of Shuangqiao District, Niujiaziugou Town is divided into three sections—east, middle, and west. It enjoys convenient transportation, with the Chengchao Expressway passing through the town. Covering a total area of 62 square kilometers, the town has 227.27 hectares of arable land. It administers 12 villages, 6 communities, 61 villager groups, and 35 natural villages. The total number of households is 14,736 (including 4,379 agricultural households and 10,357 non-agricultural households), with a total population of 38,985 (including 11,735 agricultural residents and 27,250 non-agricultural residents).
