Shawan Gully Tombs

The Shawan Gully Tombs are a cultural heritage site protected at the Yongding District level.

The Shawan Gully Tombs are located in Group 2 of Qingyutan Village, Fengxianggang Township, Yongding District, Zhangjiajie City, dating back to the Song and Yuan dynasties, and are newly discovered.

Protected area: the tomb site is 50 meters long and 40 meters wide.

Construction control zone: the area is 100 meters long and 80 meters wide.

Fengxianggang Township: Fengxianggang Township, Shadi Township, and Dayongqiao Subdistrict have been merged to form the new Dayongqiao Subdistrict; seven administrative villages—Ligongqiao, Zhaoping, Qinjiaping, Sanping, Xiaping, Nanmuxi, and Ercunjie—from Yinjiaxi Town, as well as the Xiaohékǎn Neighborhood Committee, have been placed under the jurisdiction of the newly established Dayongqiao Subdistrict;

Fengxianggang Township is located on the north bank of the Li River in the western part of Yongding District, Zhangjiajie City. It borders Yinjiaxi Town to the east, Sanjiaguan Township to the north, and faces Houping Town across the river to the west and south. The township government is stationed at the Fengxianggang Neighborhood Committee, 12 kilometers from the urban area.
