Wuchang Brick Pagoda

The Wuchang Brick Pagoda is a cultural heritage protection unit of Yongding District.

The Wuchang Brick Pagoda is located at Mayantan, Chenjiashan Group, Shuangxiqiao Township, Yongding District, Zhangjiajie City. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is a county-level cultural heritage protection unit.

Protected area: an extension of 10 meters beyond the four sides of the brick pagoda.

Building control zone: an extension of 30 meters beyond the four sides of the brick pagoda.

Shuangxiqiao Township: Township Overview

　Shuangxiqiao Township is located in the southeastern part of Yongding District. To the east, it connects with Yuanruping Town; to the southeast, it borders Xiejia’ya Township; to the southwest, it adjoins Qijiaxi Township and Huochang Township of Yuanling County; to the west, it neighbors Shichangxi Forest Farm and the District Forestry Research Institute; to the northwest, it is adjacent to Sancha Township; and to the north, it connects with Jinshan Township of Cili County. The township governs ten villages: Leijiashan, Gaoping, Changxi, Dongjiashan, Miaowan, Chenjiashan, Shuangxiqiao, Sunyangping, Xushupo, and Gaojiaxi, comprising 70 villager groups, two township-run forest farms, a total of 1,749 households, and 6,520 residents.
