Wutan Town: Located in the northwest of Taojiang County, on the northern bank of the Zi River. It borders Changde to the north, connects to Anhua to the west, neighbors the Zhabu Hui Ethnic Township to the east, and adjoins Majitang Town to the south. It covers a total area of 165 square kilometers, including 40,339 mu of cultivated land (34,917 mu of paddy fields and 5,422 mu of dry land), 140,880 mu of forested land, and governs 60 administrative villages and 3 residential committees, with a total population of 56,600, including 51,400 agricultural residents and 5,200 non-agricultural residents. It is a mountainous established town with vast land, a large population, and abundant resources.
