The Wuhan Huatai Tangsun Lake Tourist Resort was built and invested in by Hubei Huatai Real Estate Industry Co., Ltd., with an investment of over 200 million RMB and covering an area of ten square kilometers. It is located in Miaoshan Subdistrict, East Lake High-Tech Development Zone, a national-level zone in Wuhan. The resort sits by the picturesque Tangsun Lake, where the natural scenery is refreshing and captivating, making visitors linger with delight. The first phase of development covers several square kilometers.

Since its official opening on October 1, 1998, the resort has received over 600,000 domestic and international visitors, generating cumulative operating revenue of more than 40 million RMB.
