The Ke Fen Mountain Kiln Site is a cultural relic protection unit of Hubei Province.

Ke Fen Mountain Kiln Site

Located in Xiong Yi Village, Tujiacao Town, Liangzihu District, Ezhou City, this is a kiln site from the Song Dynasty. It covers an area of 18,000 square meters, featuring an irregular oval shape with lower surroundings and a raised center. Multiple patches of red-fired earth have been found in the vicinity. To the east is a branch of Liangzi Lake, where the lakeshore, scoured by water, has revealed numerous broken pottery pieces, including pots, jars, and bowls. Some artifacts feature brownish-yellow glaze on their inner and outer surfaces. This kiln site is one of the better-preserved Song Dynasty kilns in Ezhou and holds significant research value.

Protected area boundary: northeast to 30°07′47.84″N, 114°35′47.77″E; northwest to 30°07′47.82″N, 114°35′49.35″E; southeast to 30°07′53.03″N, 114°35′45.80″E; southwest to 30°07′53.02″N, 114°35′49.38″E.

Construction control zone: extends 20 meters outward from the protected area boundary.
