The Kowtow Mountain Sculptures (Luohan Cave Cliff Carvings) are a Provincial-Level Cultural Relics Protection Unit of Hebei Province.

The Kowtow Mountain Sculptures (Luohan Cave Cliff Carvings), dating back to the Liao Dynasty, are located in XiaoJingyu Village, Jiubaihu Town, Luan County, Tangshan City. On October 20, 2008, they were designated as part of the fifth batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Relics Protection Units by the People's Government of Hebei Province.

XiaoJingyu Village: XiaoJingyu Village [xiǎojǐnɡyùcūn], located at 39°48′15.00″N, 118°28′04.00″E, lies in the western part of Jiubaihu Town. It borders DaJingyu Village to the east, Moshiban Village of Dongkuang District to the south, Zhaobaihu Camp Village to the west, and Zhaojiagou Village to the north. The village covers a total area of 1.84 square kilometers and has a population of 652. The most common surnames are Li and Liang, along with others such as Zhang, Wang, and Chen. There is also one ethnic Hui household with three members, whose surname is Jin. The village is approximately 5 kilometers from the Jiubaihu Town People's Government.
