The Martyrs' Cemetery of the Twenty-Five Counties in Eastern Hebei and the Victory Over Japan Memorial Building are Provincial-Level Cultural Relics Protection Units of Hebei Province.

The Martyrs' Cemetery of the Twenty-Five Counties in Eastern Hebei and the Victory Over Japan Memorial Building date back to 1946 and are located in Chijiatun Village, Yangguanlin Town, Fengrun District, Tangshan City. On October 20, 2008, they were designated as part of the fifth batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Relics Protection Units by the People's Government of Hebei Province.

Yangguanlin Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Fengrun County. In 1958, it was part of the Yianjia Pu Commune; in 1961, the Yangguanlin Commune was established; in 1984, it was restructured as a township; and in 1993, it became Yangguanlin Town. Located northwest of the county seat, it is 12.7 kilometers from the county center. Covering an area of 48.1 square kilometers with a population of 25,000, it is traversed by the Tangshan-Zunhua Railway, National Highway 112, and National Highway 102.
