The afforestation area in Wen’an County has reached 250,000 mu. To make full use of the advantages of abundant forestry resources, ecological forestry economic demonstration zones have been established in areas such as Jiwei Farm. Relying on the existing trees, various economic projects such as tourism, leisure, and vacation sightseeing are being vigorously developed through measures including livestock breeding, wild animal farming, special species breeding, intercropping of trees and grass, and intercropping of trees and medicinal plants. The first phase of the project in this area has been completed, and the second phase is currently under intensive construction.

The completed “Ecological Forestry Economic Demonstration Zone” mainly consists of eight areas: pastoral scenery, natural forest breeding, forest hunting, summer retreat, water park, resort village, welcome square, and life services. Its main functions include plant viewing, leisure, vacation, summer retreat, convalescence, sightseeing, entertainment, fitness, and dining.
