Luoyang Martyrs' Cemetery is a classic destination for red tourism.

Luoyang Martyrs' Cemetery was established in 1955 and is located on the northeast side of the intersection of Airport Road and Zhuangyuanhong Road, covering an area of 116.25 acres. The cemetery is the final resting place of several notable martyrs from four different revolutionary periods. In March 2009, it was designated as a National Key Martyrs' Memorial Facilities Protection Unit by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. The site employs 24 staff members and has six functional departments: the Office, the Logistics and Finance Division, the Publicity Division, the Greening Team, the Development Office, and the Management Division. Major memorial structures include: the Luoyang Revolutionary Martyrs' Deeds Exhibition Hall, the Martyrs' Tomb Area, the Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument and its auxiliary stele (Martyrs' Roll of Honor Wall), and the Revolutionary Martyrs' Columbarium. The overall layout is divided into the administrative area, the martyrs' commemoration area, the staff living area, and the sightseeing and leisure area.
