Chaya Mountain Hot Spring Town is located in the Chaya Mountain Scenic Area, Suiping County, Zhumadian City, Henan Province. It is 160 kilometers north of Zhengzhou Airport and 330 kilometers south of Wuhan. The Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, Shijiazhuang-Wuhan High-Speed Railway, National Highway 107, and Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway all run through the area. The resource-rich Chaya Mountain Scenic Area lies in the transitional zone between northern and southern climates, offering picturesque scenery in all four seasons. In spring, mountain flowers bloom vibrantly amid birdsong and fragrant blossoms; in summer, lush trees provide shade and springs murmur gently; in autumn, the hills are ablaze with red foliage and forests are painted in layers of color; in winter, the landscape is draped in silvery white, pristine and immaculate, with each season distinctly charming.

The overall planning of the Chaya Mountain Hot Spring Town project is divided into four main zones, to be developed in two phases. The first phase includes the development of a five-star hot spring resort hotel zone and an ecological sightseeing park zone; the second phase will develop an adventure sports zone and an ecological residential zone.

The hot spring town focuses on developing leisure and vacation tourism products centered around hot springs, enriching the province’s tourism product offerings and promoting the upgrade of Henan’s tourism from sightseeing to leisure and vacation.
