The Former Site of the CPC Zhongnan Special Committee is a cultural relic protection unit of Henan Province, a classic red tourism destination, and a patriotic education base.

The Former Site of the CPC Zhongnan Special Committee is located in Liang Village, Gucheng Township, Qingfeng County. The site currently preserves the former office of the Zhongnan Special Committee, the former residence of Wang Congwu, the former site of the War Horn Propaganda Team, the Fourth Detachment, the former site of the Yellow River Detachment's garrison, a training ground, the Monument to the Zhongnan Special Committee, as well as desks, chairs, bowls, chopsticks, lamps, stationery, and other items used by its leaders.

The Former Site of the CPC Zhongnan Special Committee is located in Liang Village, Gucheng Township, Qingfeng County. The site currently preserves the former office of the Zhongnan Special Committee, the former residence of Wang Congwu, the former site of the War Horn Propaganda Team, the Fourth Detachment, the former site of the Yellow River Detachment's garrison, a training ground, the Monument to the Zhongnan Special Committee, as well as desks, chairs, bowls, chopsticks, lamps, stationery, and other items used by its leaders, with a total building area of 370 square meters. In November 1937, the CPC Zhongnan Special Committee was established, with its headquarters stationed in Liang Village, making it the nerve center of the anti-Japanese salvation movement in the Qing, Nan, and Da regions. During its time in Liang Village, Qingfeng County, the Zhongnan Special Committee led the people of Zhongnan and Northern Henan in resisting Japanese invaders, restored and developed the Party’s organization, established the Fourth Detachment and the Yellow River Detachment under the Party’s direct leadership, extensively and deeply carried out the anti-Japanese salvation movement, won many battles, and inspired the people. Liang Village became the leading command center of the anti-Japanese salvation activities and was known as the "Little Yan'an" of the Ji-Lu-Yu Border Region. It was designated as a provincial-level cultural relic protection unit in 2005 and recognized as a county-level patriotic education base.
