The Luozhuang District Exhibition Hall serves as a promotional window for the urban construction planning of Luozhuang District and an important platform for showcasing the overall image of the district and engaging in external exchanges. The exhibition hall officially opened to the public in October 2011. It is located on the west bank of Shuangyue Lake and north of Jiangquan City, covering an area of 36 mu with a construction area of 8,500 square meters. With a total investment of 120 million yuan, the three-story building features exhibitions on the urban development of Luozhuang District on the first and third floors, while the second floor is dedicated to the Jiangquan Exhibition Hall. The entire venue incorporates a wide range of modern audiovisual and lighting technologies, using high-tech methods to integrate a four-in-one digital sand table, an 180-degree curved-screen movie, VR self-driving tours, and holographic imaging technology into the exhibition design. Leveraging these advanced technologies, the exhibition hall comprehensively recreates the historical development, modern landscape, and future plans of Luozhuang. It provides a platform for the general public to learn about urban and rural planning as well as culture and the arts.
