Hidden Night Cherry Blossom Spot & 2-Kilometer Blossom Avenue in Full Bloom

Downtown Luodong also offers a chance to enjoy the beauty of nighttime cherry blossoms. The Luzhuang Cherry Blossom Trail, situated beside the Sixteen-Share Irrigation Channel in Luodong Township, glows softly under lights at night, with its pink radiance mirrored beautifully on the stream. Spanning 2 kilometers in total, the trail is lined with nearly a thousand cherry blossom trees. Thanks to the meticulous care of volunteer groups, the area has flourished into what it is today. The front and rear sections of the trail are planted with yaezakura (double-flowered cherry), sumizomezakura (ink-dyed cherry), and ukonzakura (fragrant cherry) varieties. Currently, the sumizomezakura and ukonzakura are in full bloom, with the flowering period lasting until April 20. The lights are turned on at 6:20 PM each evening.
