Yiyuan Phoenix Mountain Scenic Area is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

The Phoenix Mountain Scenic Area is currently a national AA-level tourist attraction and a provincial agricultural tourism demonstration site. Covering a total area of approximately 10 square kilometers, its main peak, Fenghuangding, stands nearly 700 meters above sea level, featuring unique natural landscapes as well as ancient human history, culture, and folk culture. Major attractions include the film location of "Fight North and South," Yunzhongguan, Bodhisattva Cave, the Qi Great Wall, Red Leaf Valley, Sun Bin Cave, Erlangding, and more. The area features overlapping peaks, vast forests, dense vegetation, and a superior ecological environment. The majestic Phoenix Mountain is covered with red leaves, lush green trees in March, blooming mountain flowers from April to May, and a sea of red foliage in late autumn, with forests dyed in vibrant colors. The mountain is dotted with ancient cypresses, which can be found everywhere, each uniquely shaped—lying across, hanging sideways, resembling dragons or phoenixes. On the mountainside, there are historical sites such as Jade Emperor Cave, Yunzhongguan, Sun Bin’s Immortal Cultivation Cave, Dragon King Temple, and Observation Pavilion, making it an ideal destination for urban dwellers to relax, vacation, and rejuvenate. An annual Red Leaf Festival is held every autumn.
