Dongkeleishan Village, Dongli Town, is located 5 kilometers south of the Dongli Town government seat, within the Tangshan Scenic Area, and 7 kilometers from the Tianwangcheng Scenic Area in Yishui County. Relying on the scenic area, the village has developed three farmhouse inns and one rural resort. The main economic source of the village is income from cash fruit crops, including varieties such as grapes, apples, apricots, peaches, and cherries. Taking the opportunity of “building an ecological highland and creating a beautiful homeland,” the village has carried out comprehensive environmental improvement around the scenic area and along access roads, greatly improving the village’s appearance and forming the initial framework of an agricultural eco-tourism zone. The agricultural product layout has been further adjusted, and the “Four Ones” project has been vigorously implemented to develop an ecological circular agriculture model of “fruit–livestock–biogas.” This includes feeding livestock with fruit leaves, using livestock manure in biogas digesters, and applying biogas slurry to fields, forming a graded utilization model of ecological material energy. Greening has been carried out along both sides of the scenic area roads, mainly with fruit trees such as apples, pears, and pomegranates, supplemented by evergreen seedlings, totaling 12,000 trees of various types, which has greatly enhanced the village’s appearance. Located within the Tangshan Scenic Area, Dongkeleishan Village boasts unique tourism resources and high visibility. It features apple, grape, and hawthorn orchards that integrate sightseeing and fruit picking. Three farmhouse inns have been established. There is also a rural resort that showcases folk customs, production, and daily life scenes, rich in folk cultural characteristics.
