Zhouxichun Site
The Zhouxichun Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Binzhou City.
The Zhouxichun Site is located in the Economic Development Zone of Zouping County and is a Neolithic, Shang, and Han Dynasty site situated on a high plain mound. Excavated artifacts include fragments such as tripod leg parts, ring-footed plates, and stone axes; Shang Dynasty relics comprise li tripods and gui food vessels (guǐ); Han Dynasty finds mainly consist of fabric-patterned tiles. In 1994, the site was designated as part of the third batch of key cultural heritage protection units in Zouping County (Document Zou Zheng Fa [1994] No. 98); in 2009, it was listed as part of the second batch of key cultural heritage protection units in Binzhou City (Document Bin Zheng Fa [2009] No. 6).
