Golden Thread Spring

Golden Thread Spring is located within the Baotu Spring Park in Jinan. During the park's expansion in 1956, golden threads appeared in a small stone-paved and railing-enclosed pool about 20 meters east of the old Golden Thread Spring. As a result, this spring was named "Golden Thread Spring," and the stone inscription of the three characters "Golden Thread Spring," written by Ding Yanchen from Wuxing in the ninth year of the Tongzhi reign (1870), was moved and embedded on the eastern wall of this spring.
