The Zhe-Min Guild Hall is a cultural relics protection unit of Shandong Province.

The Zhe-Min Guild Hall is located in Daming Lake Subdistrict, Lixia District, Jinan City, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.

On June 23, 2015, the Zhe-Min Guild Hall was designated as part of the fifth batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Relics Protection Units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Established in December 1962, the office was named after its jurisdiction within the area inside the old city’s East Gate. According to Document No. Jizheng [2003] 95 issued by the People's Government of Jinan City and Document No. [2003] 42 from the People's Government of Lixia District, Jinan, it was renamed Daming Lake Subdistrict Office on January 1, 2004.
