The Thousand Buddha Mountain Cliff Carvings and Stele Cluster is a cultural relic protection unit of Shandong Province.

The Thousand Buddha Mountain Cliff Carvings and Stele Cluster is located in Qianfoshan Subdistrict, Lixia District, Jinan City, dating back to the Northern Wei, Sui-Tang, Song, and Qing dynasties.

On June 23, 2015, the Thousand Buddha Mountain Cliff Carvings and Stele Cluster was designated as part of the fifth batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Relics Protection Units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Qianfoshan Subdistrict: Established in September 1995, the Qianfoshan Subdistrict Office was originally named Sili Street Office after its location at Sili Street. According to the documents Jizhengzi [2003] No. 95 from the People’s Government of Jinan City and [2003] No. 42 from the People’s Government of Lixia District, Jinan, it was renamed Qianfoshan Subdistrict Office on January 1, 2004. Covering a total area of 4.91 square kilometers, it governs six community neighborhood committees. With 15,174 households and a total population of 60,239, the birth rate is 5.37%.
