Yanxitang and Traditional Residences in Jinyu Lane are located at Nos. 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, and 15, Jinyu Lane, Quancheng Road Subdistrict, Lixia District, Jinan City, dating back to the Republic of China period.

On June 23, 2015, Yanxitang and Traditional Residences in Jinyu Lane were designated as part of the fifth batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Relics Protection Units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Quancheng Road Subdistrict: The Quancheng Road Subdistrict Office is located in the city center of Jinan. Established in July 1990, it is named after Quancheng Road within its jurisdiction. Covering a total area of 1.27 square kilometers, it borders Daming Lake to the north, Baotu Spring to the west, Quancheng Square to the south, and is traversed by the bustling Quancheng Road. It serves as the city’s commercial and tourism hub, as well as the location of the Shandong Provincial People’s Government. The subdistrict governs seven community committees, with a total population of 16,618, comprising 6,525 households, and a birth rate of 6.28‰.
