The Memorial Site of the Yuanlou Party Branch is a cultural relic protection unit of Liaocheng City.

The Memorial Site of the Yuanlou Party Branch is located in Yuanlou Village, Boping Town, Chiping County. Dating from the modern era, it is categorized as an important modern historical site and representative building.

The Yuanlou Party Branch was established in August 1927 as the first party branch in the history of Chiping County and holds a particularly significant position in the revolutionary struggle history of the entire western Shandong region. To commemorate history and honor the martyrs, the Boping Town Party Committee decided to build the "Yuanlou Party History Memorial Hall" in Yuanlou Village.

The memorial hall began preparation on June 26, 2008, and was completed and opened on July 1, 2009. Su Yiran, former Secretary of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee, inscribed the name of the hall. The main exhibition building faces south and is situated to the north, measuring 50 meters in length from north to south and 60 meters in width from east to west, covering a total area of 3,000 square meters. The main body of the memorial hall consists of five exhibition rooms in a flat-roofed house style. The lower part of the walls and the base are built with blue bricks, while the upper part is off-white. The doors, windows, pillars, and plaques are all red, with the roof featuring traditional upturned eaves and gray tiles. The design is solemn and dignified, highlighting the revolutionary theme. To the west are the current offices of the village’s two committees and the original site of the party branch. The memorial hall displays over 100 pictures and textual materials, as well as more than 80 pieces of precious historical relics.

As an important attraction on Liaocheng’s premium red tourism route, it receives a large number of visitors each year who come to tour the site and receive patriotic education.

In October 2014, the Memorial Site of the Yuanlou Party Branch was designated as a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit of Liaocheng City.
