Wanziqianhong Eco-Wellness Tourism Resort is a national 4A-level tourist attraction, covering an area of 11,000 mu, centered around the 1,200-mu Qingjie Lake (with 19 bodies of water of various sizes). Surrounded by rolling hills, the area features undulating terrain and lush vegetation, and presents a rare natural landscape in northern China that combines lake water, gentle slopes, shallow hills, mountains, and dense forests. Qingjie Lake, situated at an altitude of 210 meters, has been home to the freshwater jellyfish (Craspedacusta), known as a "living fossil of biology." It is a mountain spring lake with a pristine ecosystem and naturally clean water.

The project is themed as a "Chinese Wellness Experience Tourism Destination," aiming to develop into a "fresh green space, modern and fashionable atmosphere, targeting mid-to-high-end consumers, and a leisure and wellness resort."
