Shengyuan Lake Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Shengyuan Lake Park mainly features facilities such as the Shengyuan Lake Bridge, entrance square, musical fountain, water street, revetment, park paths and paving, landscape bridges, wooden boardwalks, landscape sculptures, parking lots, landscape ornaments, lighting, and greening. The landscape follows a layout structure of “one axis, one water body, and four zones.” The “one axis” is formed by Shengan Road and the bridge that cut through the park to create a natural scenic axis. The “one water body” is the central water surface of the park, transformed from existing fish ponds. The “four zones” are the riverside living and recreation area, the natural living and viewing area, the public leisure and fitness area, and the historical and cultural sightseeing area. This scenic area integrates the natural landscapes of Sishui—mountains, rivers, springs, lakes, and forests—with the culture of the Sishui River, Confucian culture, canal culture, and modern urban culture. It serves as a comprehensive urban central park that combines tourism, leisure and entertainment, science education, and ecological harmony.
