The Quanlin Spring Cluster Scenic Area is a National AAA-level Tourist Attraction.

The Quanlin Scenic Area gets its name from the abundance of famous springs gathered here, as numerous as a forest. In September 1998, it was designated as a provincial-level scenic spot by the People's Government of Shandong Province, and in November 2008, it was rated as a National AAA-level Tourist Attraction by the Shandong Provincial Tourism Bureau. According to the "Sishui County Annals" from the Guangxu era of the Qing Dynasty, there are seventy-two named springs in Quanlin, dozens of large springs, and small springs as countless as hairs on a cow. Confucius once stood at the foot of Peiwei Mountain and sighed with the timeless exclamation, “Thus flows all things—ceaselessly day and night.” In 1684, Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty stayed at Quanlin and wrote the famous "Record of Quanlin." Emperor Qianlong had a special fondness for Quanlin, visiting nine times and leaving behind a wealth of poems and writings. The springs in Quanlin maintain a constant temperature of 14–18 degrees Celsius all year round, with a flow rate of 1.35 cubic meters per second. The scenic area currently preserves several historical sites, including the ruins of the ancient Bian City, the national cultural heritage site Bian Bridge, thousand-year-old ginkgo trees, the "Zi Zai Chuan Shang Chu" (Confucius by the River) site, the Stone Boat, the Imperial Palace, the Imperial Bridge, and the Imperial Stele.
