The Xijiangou Agricultural Sightseeing Tourist Area in Sishui County is situated in the northern part of Sishui County and boasts a uniquely advantageous geographical environment. Bordered by the Sishui River to the north, it has abundant water sources and picturesque scenery. The land within the area is flat and fertile, and its 1,000-mu ginkgo base is quite sizable. The tourist area lies east of the AAA-rated Shengyuan Lake Scenic Area, surrounded by a beautiful environment and convenient transportation. Ginkgo Botanical Garden: Spanning over 1,000 mu, this integrated ginkgo garden combines leaf harvesting, sapling sales, fruit picking, and sightseeing, with a preserved stock of over 720,000 ginkgo trees. It has been awarded titles such as “National High-Quality Forestry Project” and “National ‘March 8th’ Green Quality Project.” The ginkgo garden features winding paths lined with tea seating areas.

Li Family Courtyard: Located in the center of Xijiangou Village, it faces south with a north orientation and covers an area of about 10,000 square meters, with one well-preserved residence remaining. Built in the late Qing Dynasty by Li Yuzhu, a martial arts scholar of the Qing era, the Li Family Courtyard was gradually constructed as the family prospered. The house features blue tiles, white walls, flying eaves, and upturned rafters. The main hall houses the tables, chairs, stands, and beds used in those days. The west room displays a series of farming tools such as seed drills, ladles, rakes, hoes, picks, sickles, and lanterns. The courtyard contains a stone mill and more.

Sishui River Fishing Area: With its stretch of clear blue water, swaying green trees, and gentle breezes, this area has become a paradise for leisure fishing.

Watermelon Planting Area: Learn about the agricultural planting process and enjoy tasting watermelons—it’s a delightful experience.
