The provincial-level agricultural tourism demonstration site — Shengtianxiang Golden Pear Base in Xingcun Town is situated in Nan Chenjiazhuang Village, Xingcun Town. It primarily focuses on the cultivation, storage, sales, and breeding of golden pears, and is a comprehensive agricultural product planting and processing company that integrates the cultivation, selection, and processing of high-quality golden pears. The base currently has 60 employees and fixed assets of 28 million yuan. It is equipped with water-saving irrigation systems, processing and packaging workshops, warehouses, and a 3,000-ton constant-temperature storage facility. The planting area spans 1,500 mu, including 600 mu of productive orchards. In 2012, the total output of golden pears reached 2,400 tons, generating sales revenue of 5 million yuan.

In October 2008, the base established and registered the "Shengtianxiang" Planting Professional Cooperative. It has formed a long-term technical development and cooperation relationship with Shandong Agricultural University and the Shandong Fruit Research Institute, and has set up a professional scientific and technical service team. By adopting a management model that includes unified provision of seedlings, technical services, production materials, as well as unified processing, packaging, and sales, the base has continuously improved its standardization and industrialization levels. The base has been approved as a leading enterprise in the forestry industrialization of Shandong Province and an agricultural leading enterprise in Jining City. In December 2010, it was designated as a provincial-level agricultural tourism demonstration site in Shandong Province. The "Shengtianxiang" brand golden pears produced at the base are of superior quality, having won gold awards at the 5th and 8th China Forestry Products Trade Fairs. In September 2006, the pears received green food certification from the China Green Food Development Center, and in January 2011, they were certified as organic food by China. Currently, the base is planning and constructing the Pear Expo Ecotourism Project, aiming to create a modern ecotourism area that integrates a cultural exhibition zone, a pear village folk and farming experience zone, a leisure and wellness culture zone, a modern circular agriculture demonstration zone, and a traditional culture sightseeing zone.

From April 12 to 16 this year, the city’s Pear Garden Spring Opera Competition was successfully held here. This event is part of the Sishui Spring–Summer Flower Appreciation Festival series, featuring five exciting competition performances that allow visitors from all over to enjoy the charm of historical and traditional culture and art while sightseeing.
