Yueling Tombs

The Yueling Tombs are a cultural heritage protection unit of Jining City.

The Yueling Tombs are located on the western small ridge and surrounding areas of Yuejialing Village, Yangliu Town, Sishui County. Dating back to ancient times, they are categorized as ancient tombs.

On December 26, 2016, the Jining Municipal People's Government designated them as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units.

Yangliu Town: "Sishui County’s Yangliu Town is situated at the source of the Si River in the land of Confucius and Mencius. It borders Qufu to the west and leans against Mount Tai to the north. The town has 47 administrative villages and a population of 36,000. It covers a total area of 59.5 square kilometers, including 56,000 mu of arable land.

The area is rich in various resources. High-quality river sand reserves exceed 300 million cubic meters, and clay reserves amount to 500 million cubic meters. The Si River, Jinxian River, and Chuxiasi River flow through the region, providing abundant groundwater. There are currently multiple idle factory buildings and schools in the town, with a total construction area of over 3,500 square meters.
