Dàquán Porcelain Kiln Site

The Dàquán Porcelain Kiln Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Jǐníng City.

The Dàquán Porcelain Kiln Site is located west of Dàquán Village, Jīnzhuāng Town, Sìshuǐ County, dating back to the Sui and Tang dynasties. It is classified as an ancient site.

On March 1, 2001, the Dàquán Porcelain Kiln Site was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage protection unit of Jǐníng City.

Jīnzhuāng Town: Jīnzhuāng Town is located in the western part of Sìshuǐ County, bordering Qūfù, the hometown of Confucius. It enjoys a superior location and convenient transportation. The Yǎn-Shí Railway and National Highway 327 run across the town, and it is close to the Rì-Hé and Jīng-Fú expressways. The town covers a total area of 79.6 square kilometers, governs 38 administrative villages, has a population of 33,700, and cultivable land of 45,000 mu. In 2004, the town achieved a GDP of 1.6 billion yuan, fiscal revenue of 46 million yuan, attracted investment of 17 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers reached 3,348 yuan.
