Nanchang Lakeside Mountain Villa Rural Farmstead was invested and constructed by Jiangxi Guohai Eco-Agricultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. It is located in Hanshang Village, Jiangxiang Town, Nanchang County—the “capital county” of Jiangxi Province—within the “Modern Agriculture Demonstration Park” and “New Rural Construction Demonstration Park.” Covering an area of over 350 acres, the farmstead lies in a low-lying area where, for thousands of years, there has been a famously ancient fish pond known far and wide, hailed as the “oldest fish pond in Jiangxi.” With crisscrossing fields and emerald ponds, it is truly the “land of fish and rice” and the “granary of southern China” in Jiangxi, serving as a showcase of the province’s agriculture.

In May 2007, Lakeside Mountain Villa Rural Farmstead was born on this land of “outstanding people and spiritual land, abundant resources and celestial treasures,” like a radiant pearl. It integrates leisure vacations, outdoor physical activities, romantic fishing, high-altitude roller coasters, green cycling, water boating, hot spring wellness, spa treatments, sauna swimming, recreational fitness, cultural and artistic learning, agricultural science popularization and R&D, natural barbecues, and farmhouse villas—offering a comprehensive one-stop service.
