Xiaolan Village Tomb

The Xiaolan Village Tomb is a cultural relic protection unit of Jiangxi Province.

The "Xiaolan Village Tomb" is located on Xigang Mountain, 1 kilometer west of Xiaolan Village in the former Xiaolan Township. It is now situated within Guihua Village Hotel in the Xiaolan Industrial Park. The tomb features a brick-and-stone caisson ceiling with a pyramidal roof, has a cruciform layout, and measures 12.6 meters in both length and width, standing 4.75 meters high. It includes east and west side chambers, with an additional fully enclosed small side chamber behind the west side chamber. The floor tiles are arranged in a herringbone pattern. The entire tomb structure is largely well-preserved.

In late 1978, the tomb was discovered when a bulldozer, clearing land for farming in Xiaolan Township, scraped away the top of the tomb. The tomb had been looted in earlier years, but during the clearance, several fragments of celadon pottery were found in the east and west side chambers. Later, 23 intact artifacts including a four-handled celadon jar and a celadon wide-mouthed pot were unearthed from the fully enclosed small side chamber.

Currently, the tomb is surrounded on all sides by "Ganfa Company." Fifteen meters to the east is the newly built hotel building of "Ganfa Company," 3 meters to the west is the office and dormitory building of "Ganfa Company," 50 meters to the south (separated by a concrete road and green space) is the hotel of "Ganfa Company," and to the north is also a plot of land already purchased by "Ganfa Company" (currently with no buildings).

Approximately 50 meters west of the tomb (outside the Ganfa Company wall) runs Yingbin Avenue, which extends from north to south.

On December 28, 1987, the People's Government of Jiangxi Province designated it as a cultural relic protection unit of Jiangxi Province.
