Jiujiang City is located in the northern part of Jiangxi Province, in the middle section of the Beijing-Kowloon Railway, 120 kilometers south of the provincial capital Nanchang and just 100 kilometers from Changbei Airport. The Beijing-Kowloon Railway and the Fuyin Expressway run across the entire city. It is also home to the world-famous Lushan Mountain World Heritage Site and China’s largest freshwater lake, Poyang Lake. The Minshan Hunting Ground is 10 kilometers from the Lushan Mountain access road, 10 kilometers from the Fuyin Expressway entrance, 16 kilometers from Lushan Railway Station, and 7 kilometers from Lushan Airport.

The hunting ground is situated among mountains and water, featuring a mosaic of mountain, water, and wetland landforms. It enjoys an excellent ecological environment with rich forest vegetation, making it suitable for the breeding and domestication of wildlife, as well as for modern hunting sports and sport shooting activities. It serves as a comprehensive tourism project integrating tourism development, ecological protection, wildlife resource conservation, and leisure, vacation, and educational experiences.

The planned total area of the hunting ground is 2,000 hectares, comprising several functional zones including an administrative reception area, a wildlife domestication zone, a hunting zone, a fishing zone, a leisure and vacation zone, a sport shooting zone, a water sports zone, and a water recreation zone.

The Minshan Hunting Ground benefits from favorable construction conditions. Located at the foot of the beautiful Lushan Mountain, a national scenic area, it enjoys picturesque natural surroundings, superior conditions, lush forests, fresh air, and high negative oxygen ion levels—making it ideal for sports and fitness activities.

1. Wild Cuisine Restaurant and Specialty Snacks

As a tourism development project, the hunting ground requires supporting tourist service facilities. Among these, a distinctive wild cuisine restaurant—offering unique game dishes—is highly sought after by visitors and trainees. It is planned to build one wild cuisine restaurant each in the administrative reception area and the leisure vacation area, each with a floor area of 200 square meters. Additionally, three specialty snack shops will be constructed, each with a floor area of 100 square meters.

2. Outdoor Swimming Pool

An outdoor swimming pool covering 4,000 square meters will be developed to meet tourists’ needs for swimming exercise during their leisure trips. On one side of the pool, changing rooms and public restrooms with a combined floor area of 180 square meters will be built. The changing rooms will also serve as management offices for the pool and provide rental and sales services for swimming equipment.

The project includes a Sports Knowledge Corridor covering categories such as shooting, archery, kayaking, rowing, swimming, motorboating, water skiing, crossbows, and paragliding. It also incorporates national defense education and militia training in shooting. The training center will consist of office buildings, training facilities, student dormitories, and a team of dedicated administrative staff, instructors, and support personnel. Key equipment includes various types of training firearms and ammunition, audiovisual teaching equipment, books and materials, training gear, shooting apparatus, and auxiliary tools.

3. Water Sports Zone

This zone mainly offers drift activities along the section of the hunting ground within one kilometer of the waterway.

4. Leisure and Vacation Area

This vacation area is a major section of the hunting ground. The resort is filled with flowers blooming in all four seasons, offering a serene, elegant environment surrounded by clear mountains and beautiful waters. With rich forests and thick grass, the vegetation coverage rate reaches 90%. Small wooden cabins are scattered across the landscape. The area combines participation, dining, shopping, accommodation, and leisure. The main structures include a conference hall, exhibition hall, shopping area, dining restaurant, villa zone, and leisure plaza. All buildings are constructed against the mountains and by the water, designed with flowing curves that follow the terrain. Each building features a waterside platform with resting pavilions for enjoying the view. The ponds are stocked with fish, allowing visitors to sit under the trees, fish leisurely, or simply listen to birds and insects while enjoying the rural charm. Facilities such as saunas, health massages, beauty salons, movie theaters, billiard rooms, table tennis rooms, and dance halls offer a range of entertainment options, making it an ideal place for meetings, leisure vacations, gourmet dining, business activities, and sightseeing.

Leisure and Recreation Area: As the central hub of the hunting ground, this is the most vibrant area. From the visual axis, bright and lively colors prevent eye fatigue. Tree species include: tall trees such as camphor, camptotheca, red maple, Japanese maple, michelia maudiae, and osmanthus; shrubs such as winter jasmine, azalea, rose, and grapevine.

5. Hundred Fruit Garden

With economic development, people's living standards have significantly improved, and fruit has gradually become a daily necessity. Unlike other foods, fruit is highly valued for its “freshness,” which small vendors and traditional fruit stores often fail to provide. In response, our company has launched the Hundred Fruit Garden, where fruits such as Fuji apples, chestnuts, red grapes, apricots, walnuts, watermelons, and bayberries are grown.
