It has four departments and one office, namely the Scenic Area Development Department, External Investment Promotion Department, Marketing Department, Human Resources Department, and General Office. The company employs 161 staff members, with fixed assets of 20 million yuan and working capital of 5 million yuan. Currently, its main operations include the development and construction of the Longxia Natural Scenery Tourist Area and the processing and sales of the "Jiangshui Longgong" brand series of dried and fresh fruits.
