Peach Blossom Spring Drift

The Peach Blossom Spring Scenic Area is located at the western end of Xingzi County, adjacent to Dean and Jiujiang counties. It lies to the west of Mount Huangyang, the highest peak of Mount Lu, known as Kangwang Valley, also commonly called Mount Lu Ridge, and is one of the three major valleys of Mount Lu. It consists of attractions such as Guankou Mountain Gate, Turn-the-Horse Stone, Ask-the-Ferry Hall, Forgotten Road Valley, Peach Blossom Stream, Wuguan Village, Kangwang City, and Guling Spring. Starting from Xingzi County town, follow the Southern Mountain Highway westward for nearly 20 kilometers to the pass at the border between Dean and Xingzi, then turn north for several kilometers to reach the Guankou Mountain Gate. If you depart from Nanchang or Jiujiang in the morning to visit the southern Mount Lu area, you can take the Changjiu Expressway to Dean, drive through the city, and soon arrive at the pass, then turn north for a few kilometers to reach the Guankou Mountain Gate. In this way, the Peach Blossom Spring Scenic Area becomes the starting point for a southern Mount Lu tour from Xingzi. Then, continuing along the route, you’ll pass hot springs, Lili, Drunk Stone, Guizong, Jade Curtain, Xiufeng, Yujing, and finally reach Xingzi County town, making transportation very convenient.
