The Kangda Exhibition Hall is situated on the left staircase at the park entrance, covering a construction area of 900 m². Its walls are built with locally sourced granite, and the roof is covered with red glazed tiles. The hall’s name was inscribed by Yang Chengwu, former Vice Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Inside, the museum displays artifacts and photos depicting the lives, studies, and battles of the students during the university’s operation here. It is a national-level patriotic education demonstration base and a national defense education base.

The Kangda Memorial Monument is located at the eastern entrance of Qian'nan Yu Village. Its foundation was laid and the monument was completed in 1986. The monument stands 21 meters tall, with all four sides faced with white granite. The front side bears the inscription of the monument’s name, written by the former General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee. The text of the monument was composed by He Changgong, Vice President of Kangda, and the surrounding area is enclosed by white marble railings.

Wanbang Premium Orchard is located in the eco-tourism area, with an investment of 13.8 million yuan. Utilizing local red sandstone strips, it constructed 82,688 m³ of cement mortar retaining walls, developed 50 hectares of high-standard terraced fields, and planted 26,698 trees of premium foreign fruit varieties. It also features landscaping green belts and water-saving irrigation systems such as sprinklers and micro-sprinklers, making it one of the areas open for fruit picking by visitors.

The Kangda Stele Forest is located on the northern side of the middle section of Yingjie Liang within the park. Established in May 2006, the stele forest covers an area of 1,500 m² and houses over 100 steles. These include mottos and inscriptions for Kangda written by proletarian revolutionaries of the older generation such as Mao Zedong, as well as inscriptions by leaders of later generations. There are also inscriptions from veteran students and generals of Kangda.

The Science and Technology Stele Forest is located within Wanbang Premium Orchard. Established in 2004, it covers an area of 1,500 m² and contains over 60 steles. Its theme is “The Road of Taihang Mountain,” mainly showcasing summaries by national leaders such as Li Peng and Song Jian, as well as provincial and ministerial-level leaders and experts, regarding Qian'nan Yu’s experience in “governing the mountain with science, developing the Taihang region, and benefiting the local people.”

The Children’s Calligraphy Stele Forest is situated along the paths between Ze Hou Ting and Lian Dan Xia, featuring over 120 steles. These were calligraphed in regular script with brush pens by 120 children aged 6–12 from the Kangda Enlightenment Academy, who wrote verses praising the beautiful landscapes of the motherland.

The wartime fortifications are located at the foot of Wanshou Peak within the park and were built between 1969 and 1971. Serving as military command posts during the Cold War, they consist of underground and above-ground sections. The above-ground part mainly includes facilities such as canteens, dormitories, water supply, power supply, garages, and warehouses, built within dense forests. The underground section primarily contains meeting rooms, combat command facilities, as well as canteens, dormitories, water supply, and power supply facilities. The connection between the above-ground and underground sections is separated by two blast-proof doors designed to guard against atomic and radiation threats.

Ze Hou Ting is located at the top of Wanbang Premium Orchard. Originally built in 1980 and renovated in 2004, it is an octagonal pavilion with a reinforced concrete structure and a glazed tile roof. Their great achievements have not only benefited the present generation but also blessed future ones.

It is the first domestic high-altitude passenger cableway equipped with high-tech features such as a four-circuit power supply, rescue cableway, broken shaft protection, and automatic shutdown in abnormal conditions. It holds the national records for single-span length, single-span height, and maximum climbing angle. Its completion filled the gap of no cableways in the Xingtai area’s tourist zones.

Nestled deep in the Taihang Mountains in Qian'nan Yu Village, Jiangshui Town, Xingtai County, the villagers, under the leadership of Guo Chengzhi, have carried forward the spirit of the Foolish Old Man Who Removed the Mountains. After decades of unremitting effort, they transformed a barren land described as “bare hills like monks’ heads, floods everywhere when it rains, disasters in the wet season, and cattle dying of thirst in the dry” into the greenest place in the Taihang Mountains.

The villagers say that Qian'nan Yu’s transformation is all thanks to a spirit of “foolish perseverance.”

In early July, reporters visited the “Pearl of the Taihang Mountains”—Qian'nan Yu. Amidst “a view of endless green mountains and the fragrance of fruits carried by the breeze…” More details about Qian'nan Yu Village ++
